A tireless recruiter, Kremer, along with co-head coach Terry Nieszner has returned Minnesota to the top of the Big Ten In 2007, Kremer and Nieszner helped land the 6th-ranked recruiting class in the country. Kremer previously served as assistant, and later associate head coach of the Gopher men's team. St. Cloud State University
In his seven seasons with SCSU he has led the Huskies to numerous NCAA Championship meets consistently finishing among the best in the country. This year, the Husky women earned a 20th place finish after earning 50 points at the 2008 NCAA Division II Championships. SCSU's men's team placed 15th at the Championships with 98 points. Joel Shinofield
Head Men's Coach
Washington & Lee University
Within just five short years Shinofield has taken his alma mater into the top ten in Division III.
This year, one of Shinofield's swimmers, Alex Sweet, shattered the
NCAA Division III record in the 50-yard freestyle. Shinofield is a on the board of the College Swim Coaches Association of America and past member of Minnesota Swimming.
Previously, Shinofield served as volunteer assistant at Minnesota, head water polo coach for Macalester
University and executive director/head coach of the Richfield Swim
Club.

CollegeSwimming.com in 1997 to strengthen and promote collegiate
swimming in America. In addition directing college swimming's
leading news source, Earhart is the head men's swimming coach for
Carthage College. This year the Red Men enjoyed their
first-ever top-twenty finish and this fall they will welcome one of
the nation's largest recruiting classes. Earhart previously
served as the assistant women's Coach at Indiana University.
